Fabulous Easter brunch!

Food was actually quite good, I had a burger, my wife had a fish special and we got an order of sliders for our five year old twins. We started with house salads, which were also good. The problems began when the kids dinner was brought to the table immediately after the salads arrived (the kids were having salads too). We send the sliders back and asked for the kids dinners to be brought with the entrées. The sliders were put under a heat lamp for the 20 minutes it took to finish the other entrees and our salads. When the sliders were served, with our main entrees, they were cold and dried out. We voiced our displeasure with this, which caused the level of service, which was not overly attentive to become nearly absent. A manager did eventually come over and explain that it is the restaurant's policy to bring kids dinners before all others. This is either the most asinine policy ever or he was making excuses as to what is essentially horrible kitchen timing and poor floor service. I know kids can be difficult in a restaurant, ours were not the ones screaming or rolling around on the floor, they dine out regularly with us and know how to behave in a public eatery. In the end, the wait staff did not apologize nor did they comp the barely edible sliders. It's too bad when bad service kills a good restaurant, we will not be returning.

I liked this place. The pizza wasn't GREAT and it was really thin and i kept thinking "where is the sauce?". We ordered two pizzas and like 6 beers and a key lime pie for like $45. Wasn't bad but wasn't great. Nice staff tho! the people i went with made it better..ya know? nice chill spot.

Fun place to go by car or boat. Really enjoy the food and the wife loves ladies night there.

Our 2nd visit to this spot, both times for lunch, this time an early March Saturday. Now that tourist season is active it was busier than our November visit although nowhere near full. We had a tossed salad with grilled shrimp and a fish sandwich. Both meals were nicely prepared and flavorful, but nothing outstanding or unusual as the menu is quite mainstream. Be careful of the fried fish - it was just out of the deep fryer, and someone suffered "pizza burn" on the roof of their mouth! Our only concern was the waitstaff, all of whom were very young. While all were pleasant and a few different people stopped by to take away dishes, not one asked if we'd like drink refills until we were completely done eating and our check had been presented. Hopefully their more senior front-of-the-house staff can provide some coaching in this area to help these youngsters improve their skills (and probably their tips). We'll go back again as we like to check out the shops and marina, and it's very close to our winter home.

Deck dining right on the marina, servers who perfectly combine easy conversation, fun, and professionalism, top-notch "New American" food and drinks. What a FIND! We had appetizers ("nosh" at The Joint) and drinks: a generous serving of delicious ahi ceviche served with giant polenta crackers for me; for Mom, an enormous, beautifully arranged meat and cheese board served with olive salad and warm bread... and tasty selections from their extensive martini list. We arrived before the dinner hour and shared the deck with only a handful of other diners; by sundown, the area was packed. I'd hardly noticed the indoor space when we arrived, but on our way through at the end of the night, it's dimly lit, sophisticated but warm vibe had me wanting to sit down and have a second round of food and drinks. (Seriously.) Dress is casual (so long as you're a person who tastefully defines "casual"... leave your beach clothes at home). Between food, atmosphere and service, prices are reasonable, but this is the Cape Harbor waterfront after all, so be ready to shell out some extra cash. If I remember correctly, two appetizers and three drinks with tip came to around $54. Not a bad place for mature kids, but there are better places to take tykes, for their own sakes - the night we were there, there were some patrons who needed about three fewer drinks in them - and because this is such a good place for adults to relax and unwind (as the aforementioned folks indicate ;) ) Bottom Line: when in Fort Myers, get thee to The Joint.
(5)Alan P.
Outstanding food. The Italian chicken wings were spectacular and the kids really really loved the pizza. Service was good, only wish the weather was better to see the marina from the outside seating.....
(4)Julie P.
We've been to The Joint several times for lunch and we always have a good meal. Today, again we had another good meal. Our waitress, Megan, was great; she was courteous, friendly, and attentive. One of our meals wasn't cooked right and when we told Megan she immediately offered a new meal and took it off the bill. She couldn't apologize enough. As usual a great time.
(5)Rob P.
i went here just for drinks. I had wine and my guest had lime beer. It was nice, but got crowded on a Tuesday night b/c of live music that outside every Tues. The pizza looked good although we didn't have anything to eat. Was a nice place.
(4)Sarah P.
The atmosphere is the best thing The Joint has to offer. The food is decent but I have a hard time finding something that I want to eat on their menu. It is possibly the oddest menu I have ever encountered.
(3)Rob F.
The Joint is really the only place to eat around Cape Coral with high quality food, an interesting menu, and an awesome laid back atmosphere. Dockside seating outside and low lit lounge inside. The prices ate higher but that's because it's good stuff. The specialties are wood fired pizza and tapas. It's where we go every chance we get.
(4)Terri D.
Good service. We ordered appetizers and entrees...all were excellent. The key lime pie was creamy and good.
(4)james r.
Overall high quality all around. Food, service, atmosphere. Slightly pricey but not exorbitant. I recommend ordering Keylime Pie made in-house. Also the Mahi-Mahi or Salmon-Asian salad are excellent. Wide range of Martini's and wines. Heated outdoor patio which overlooks water, boats and housing condo-development-y stuff.
(4)Tommy U.
Great outdoor place just don't go there starving portions are small but I like a meal when I go to dinner but prices are very good.
(3)Jay C.
Great waterfront location. Live music outside the night we were there. I had the flatiron steak salad which was excellent. Prices were surprisingly reasonable but... Margarita from the outside bar was a disappointment. This place moves fast. If you want to loiter, look elsewhere.
(4)Vanessa G.
On a recent trip to Fort myers, we wanted to check out Cape Coral. After finding The Joint on yelp, we decided to give it a shot. We loved the area and the restaurant was overlooking a marina. There was a free parking garage steps away. We were seated right away. Our waiter had a very slow start (taking a solid 10 minutes before taking our drink order) but luckily he redeemed himself as the meal went on. We got crab egg rolls to start. They were wonderful. I had the salmon salad and my dad enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak pizza. I wish the menu had some more options but there was enough. They definitely focus on pizza. The presentation for all of the food exceeded expectations. Everything looked very upscale for pretty reasonable prices. We treated ourselves to key lime pie to go! It had a delicious graham cracker crust and was topped with a few strawberries, sooo good!
(4)Andy W.
We go on Wednesday evening for 1/2 price pizza. Nice atmosphere sitting inside or out. Some of the servers are excellent, some not. The food is great everytime we go.
(4)Nick D.
I had been hearing about this place for a long time and finally made the drive. Everyone was friendly, my server was nice and the food was great. I had their steak sandwich that comes with hot peppers on the side. What was amazing to me was the beef actually tasted like beef! The roll it was served on was of equal freshness. Combine this with a nice craft beer and a sunset and it makes for a great evening.
(5)Colby H.
Easily the best food in Cape Coral, and with a nice outdoor seating area by the marina, the joint has a long way to go in terms of service. Our waitress may have been on her first night and had no idea what she was doing, but the whole staff was overeager to get people out the door. That being said, our tuna with avocado and a mango purée was inspired. We each had mahi mahi; my wife had grilled mahi over spinach and I the blackened mahi sandwich, each was delicious. Definitely try the key lime pie, which is apparently made in house. Hopefully they get their waitstaff issues sorted. The food has real promise.
(4)K Y.
Good food and service, though expensive. But it is cheaper than Runrummers across the way. Brick Oven pizzas are awesome. They usually have a special one of the day and make sure you consider that as part of our selection. I am disappointed that they don't offer more fish selections but you can always go somewhere else!
(4)Kate S.
This place was pretty great and will probably end up being one of my new hangouts. The food was pretty good, it was a pretty nice spot for sitting outside, it had a good crowd... what more can you want? But, the best part was the drink menu! I'm really into trying different alcoholic concoctions and this was the place for that! Only issue I had was it was raining (hard) when we went and the overhang leaked a little bit, so we had to move our chairs around to avoid getting soaked. But, I'll overlook that :)
(4)Stephanie V.
Finally somewhere I will be visiting twice in Cape Coral ! Awesome pizza & salad ! Left satisfied :) the waitress was very attentive and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful
(5)Heidi B.
This place has a great menu! Pizza, sandwiches, salads and appetizers. We had the guacamole app (yum) and I had the tempura fish sandwich with potatoes. Good food and good service right on the water.
(5)Rachel P.
Went here tonight with my parents and their friends while visiting them down here in Cape Coral. Immediately, I found the place very warm and charming. It's right on the water and super lovely at sunset. We walked in on a Friday night at 8pm with a group of 10 and they were able to get us seated right away! The hostesses were so nice about everything. Our server was very friendly and attentive right off the bat. He brought out our drinks super quickly and was never slow to refill anyone's cokes or waters. We got a round of the egg rolls to start us off and they were SO good. Perfectly breaded and crispy, my only complaint is that I wish we'd ordered more! For my entree, I couldn't NOT order the Bourbon Street Mac n Cheese. With andouille sausage, shrimp and crawfish, it was chock-full of some of my favorite flavors in the world. It was excellent. Super creamy with the right amount of crunch, too! My dad got the Mahi sandwich and I tried some of it and can also say it was suuuper yummy!
(5)Kieran K.
Excellent food. Great service. Decor is really unique. Corkage fee is acceptable at $10.
(5)Glenn T.
To start I would critique the atmosphere, but there really wasn't one, I hardly felt like I was in a restaurant at all. Most tables were boisterously shouting at each other attempting to overcome the problems with hearing each other. I was surprised to find that they carried rebel IPA so kudos to them, in the end it was one of very few redeeming qualities of this place. I unwrapped my utensils from my napkin only to find they were stuck together at the handle, with what appeard to be cheese. The waitress aplogized and was obviously appalled. I ordered an "OMG burger" but greater hyperbole I have not heard. It was overcooked and left an overall "meh" sensation to it. The potato wedges tasted like they had bathed in old oil, until rendered inedible. All in all a completely underwhelming visit that shall not be repeated. However our server and beer selection prevented a 1 star review.
(2)Karen L.
We stopped here on a boat trip; you can either boat through the lock or save some time and park the boat across the way at Rumrunners and walk. The restaurant has a great outdoor seating area overlooking the marina. My first impression of the place was inattention to detail, as there were several misspellings/grammatical errors on the menus that screamed at me. But once I got over that, I did enjoy the food and experience.
(4)Alexandria Z.
I'm a Cape Coral resident and go to the joint on a regular basis expecially for their Wednesday Pizza special. The food is good. The service could be better it seems to me on a Wednesday night they can't handel the orders in the kitchen as well as they could. Another downside is the joint does not take reservations. This has been a problem for us. We always have a large group and like to go on Wednesday night but we will wait for over an hour. We complained about this stateing to the manager that if it's a party over 8 they should allow for reservations but they dissagree and just won't do it. It is not good business to ignore your regular loyal customers. Not very happy that they are not accomidating.

We have been getting to Cape Coral frequently because my sister lives here. My sister told me about this restaurant so of course being the Yelper that I am I had to check out the reviews. After reading many of them I was excited to go last weekend. There was six of us and we didn't make a reservation even though it was a Friday night. Luckily for us it was a monsoon of rain that was coming down when we arrived. They have parking in the garage and our husband's ran over to the restaurant to see if they had umbrella's. Yay, they did so we finally got inside. The restaurant was fairly packed but we were taken to a table immediately. They have a really cool bar on the outside and if it was not pouring we would have enjoyed some cocktails and wine before dinner. They also have musical talent outside on certain nights. It is a modern casual restaurant that has a nice sleek feel about it. Our server was wonderful, she took our drink order and I found a decent bottle Van Duzer Pinot Noir, which I always enjoy. We started with some black & bleu bread. Oh my this is a must try!!! Fresh lettuce, drizzles of balsamic, gorgonzola and tomatoes over bread and some other ingredients. Not gonna lie I wanted to eat the entire thing myself. Absolutely delicious. My brother in law ordered some Beef tips. My sister gave me a piece and again perfection. We all ordered various dishes, four being the mac n cheese dish that seems to be quite popular. I did taste it and it was good, just not for me. It is to heavy but hey if you are starving and need to get very full fast, this dish would do the job. I decided to go with the Blackened Mahi Mahi Sandwich and truffle potato wedges. This sandwich had such authentic flavors, and so fresh. The truffle potato wedges were addicting. Service was awesome from start to finish. Prices are average. The menu has salads, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, steak, fish etc.....Not to big of a menu just perfect with just enough of everything. I would venture to say this is probably the nicest restaurant in Cape Coral offering excellent food and service. See you again, thanks for a wonderful meal!

Saturday night, 7-ish, walked right in and seated immediately. Great atmosphere, excellent food, perfect service. The pistachio crusted venison special was heavenly. Not much room for dessert, but I'm doing it anyway.
(4)Jennifer F.
Ate outside next to the water, great atmosphere. The special that eve was key lime scampi..it was excellent! Hubby had bourbon Mac and cheese, also excellent! Can't go wrong with anything on this menu!
(4)Joey S.
I went here on New Years Eve, and the atmosphere was great. Not the best place I've ever been, but it definitely is a great place. It doesn't matter whether you eat outside, or inside, you'll get the same great service here. They also have an outside island bar, which was cool because there was a rock band playing not even 40 feet away from the bar. Even though they were really busy, the staff was still very friendly and receptive to the guests needs.
(4)Susan C.
Drinking a Mule out of a plastic cup. We were told people steal the copper mule mugs. Plus the waitress is obnoxious. 6/25/15 7:00pm

So hard to find great restaurants in Cape Coral. We're always searching for someplace to take out-of-town company when they come to visit. A neighbor took us to Fathoms tonight for dinner. Altogether we had the salmon, the grouper, 2 orders of seafood mac 'n cheese, and two different salads. ALL were excellent. Waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere was pleasant inside. Didn't sit outside because it wasn't cool enough when we first arrived. Nice to see the marina and boats as a backdrop. Had gelato nextdoor after dinner and walked around the shops for an after dinner stroll. One of the most enjoyable dinner/evening experiences we've had since moving to the area. Will definitely return.
(4)Alys R.
Went for brunch last week and was so great. Excellent service, great champagne and great variety.
(4)Laura B.
I just downloaded this app soley to write a review for this place! Start to finish our meal was incredible! Some of the best sushi I've ever had and every bite of seafood on our pizza was fresh and cooked perfectly. And anything they cook in/with truffle oil, go ahead and order that too. Aside from the cooked to perfection meal and presentation, the restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and the beach theme wasn't as tackily done as most swfl water front eateries. Overall beyond pleased with our expierence and will definitely be back
(5)Dennys P.
Wow, the food here is incredible. Just had the salmon and housemate far falle in a basil cream sauce and its to die for. Also had the margarita pizza for an app and its amazing. It's like a pizza on a cracker. Delish! Beautiful view too!
(5)Melanie F.
I loved the ambiance, but when I asked the waitress to check to see if a dish included bell peppers, she got argumentative and refused to "insult the chef" ??? Wow! Also, I was VERY disappointed that a restaurant of this caliber and price range ONLY offers white bread for sandwiches - are you kidding me??? Better places to spend $$$ IMO.
(2)Kris D.
great atmosphere, great server.....but......ordered the salmon and it was raw. Not a huge deal, mistakes happen the server was very apologetic. She took it back to the head chef to tell him and came back to tell us "the chef said he cooked the salmon the way its supposed to be cooked" we were dumbfounded. did not offer to fix it or comp the dish or anything.
(1)Melody B.
I came here with some family and it's a very inviting atmosphere. Great energy. My only issue was the menu. I feel like there is not much diversity. But then again I like different than you. It's not bad for lunch for getting a salad if you're into that type of thing but other than that they have pretty decent pizza and good soda.
(3)Sabrina T.
No, it's not horrible but it's definitely not anything to write home about either. The food is kind of expensive for that you get. The margarita pizza is pretty good but I haven't had too many other items that I would recommend. The view from outdoor seating is typically pretty nice.
(3)Cheryl K.
We love The Joint. Great service, great food, live entertainment, beautiful water view in sunny SW Florida! We went with a group of 10 adults and 5 children (and 1 dog). We sat outside in the square behind where the live entertainment plays across from the outside bar. The children were free to roam around in this area which allowed us to enjoy our cocktails, food and the band playing. (Note - it is October in Cape Coral which means it's off season so this is easier to do this now versus in January or February when the population more than doubles). They had a special Oktoberfest menu this weekend and the servers were dressed in German costumes and looked adorable. Our server was named Ali and she did an awesome job. Some of us ordered from the Oktoberfest menu - bratwurst topped with peppers and onions with German potato salad (great), hot pretzels with mustard (kids loved them), sauerbraten (very good) with red cabbage and dumplings. I had the tsunami roll which was amazing. Hubby had a pizza which was very good. Kids ordered wings and a couple of items off of the children's menu. Great casual place, very reasonable prices, very good food and drinks and wonderful service by Ali.
(5)Mike H.
Overlooks the marina at Cape Harbor with plenty of outdoor seating. The Joint is vegan friendly with a super salad and a veggie pizza, which can be ordered without cheese. Pizza is half-price on Wednesday evenings, which I love, although the beer is just a little pricey. My carnivore son had the burger and fries which he said was super. Overall, The Joint is a one of the best moderately priced restaurants in the Cape and a great place to take visiting friends and family.
(4)Kathy F.
Let me start by saying that I intend to try this place again, even tho I am only giving it three stars right now. My husband and I went for lunch and loved sitting out by the water. We ordered the crab eggrolls to start. My husband ordered the OMG burger and I ordered the seared beef tips. Our appetizer never arrived. The burger was okay, but not great. The beef tips were good, but served without any sides, which didn't fill me up. I wish our waitress had shared the days specials with us. We overheard another server with his customers. The specials sounded good and I probably would have ordered one. We will go back as my husband wants to try their pizza. Maybe I can improve the review after the next visit.
(3)Candace A.
Went here with some friends that came for a visit.. it was ok. I prefer other places for sure and was disappointed in portion size. We actually left here and went to runrunners and got soup and another appetizer. And more drinks. Our server didn't seem to know much of what we were asking her and none of us were eager to go back. It was ok. Good but not memorable. I already can't tell you anything about my meal... better places elsewhere.
(3)E. M.
Good enough to haul your friends to, reasonable price points, casual, crisp and exceptional service will encourage you to visit often. Free covered parking nearby and lovely waterfront strolls, window shopping will encourage an appetite. We noted most clients adore the dockside waterfront dining outside. BTW, wood fired pizza oven on the premises. We chose inside and ordered drinks..martini up for Mister and Sterling Sauvignon blanco for me.he had the pork cheeks over polenta which was very rich and moist meat, darkly roasted and floored just right. I asked for the Atlantic haddock and the chef accommodated my wish for gluten free prep.no beer batter, just grilled exactly enpoint so moist w clean flavor so, it just needed a squeeze of lemon. The truffle oil fried potato wedges can go either way! You will start munching these semi crisp potato fingers and find soft almost creamy inside. You eat another and somehow you eat them all while thinking, these are a bit greasy but tastes good. Our server was polite, easy to agree to the gluten free request and seemed like they enjoy their restaurant. No slouchy, bored, harried, surly or hasty staff which is my bugaboo. Nice folks work here. The menu is worth exploring further we posit!!
(4)Darcy W.
The joint... Well the name really doesn't fit the atmosphere! It is NOT a dive bar! It is very nice, a place you would like to hang out. We enjoyed nice wine, great salad and pizza, while chatting with a great bartender. The place is packed on Tuesday and Friday nights. The staff even hangs out here! We were there on a Saturday night, it was quiet, but I really enjoyed my company and service. If you are in Cape Coral I would go! Side note... You can also go by boat and outside seating!
(4)Joey L.
The Joint is a great place to relax on the water's edge with friends and family. They have large tables on the waterside patio to accommodate large parties, we had a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. The waitress was quick with our drink order and was patient with the small kids ordering for themselves. We were there at an "off hour" and our waitress only had 2 tables so I can't speak for service when this place is busy (which seems like it would be busy given our experience). The food orders were promptly delivered including cooked appetizers. I had the seafood mac and cheese and it was delish! My wife and other friend had the salad with salmon...salmon was cooked perfectly and had good flavors. Other friend had the burger. All in all, food was great and service was outstanding. To the boater: you don't have to go through the lock to get to this place, just dock in front of Rumrunner's and walk the 100 yards to The Joint. It seemed like a pain to go through when we arrived.
(4)Amy E.
Nice water setting overlooking yachts and high end condos. Many choices, however service extremely slow. Took 20 minutes before our water was served. A separate request was put in for lemon. The sauce in the pasta with chicken was watery, not creamy. Cooked without mushrooms, per request. The ham roll up served in a spinach wrap was very nice. Two blackened fish were fine, however the chipotle cole slaw had more of a kick than expected.
(3)Jennifer M.
Got the fish and chips, the fish was so chewy because they over fried it. Not worth the $.
(2)Andrea H.
Fantastic food that's not too pricey given the quality and location. Definitely would go back!
(5)Lee C.
I get to write the first review for Fathoms. This is the new name for The Joint, which changed ownership recently. It is very much the same place it always was, just with a bit better name. This is the best place that we go to in Cape Coral, and even Fort Myers. The food is better than you would expect for a Marina side restaurant. They have a right size menu with everything from salads, burgers, to a very good fillet. There are also daily specials that end up being very interesting and quite good. They have music at least three times a week, with Tuesday Friday and Sunday being the regular schedule. The service is great - when it's super crowded be patient just a little - but no more than what you would expect. Sarah, Johnna, David, Ricky, Danielle, Amber, and my daughter Paige (not really my daughter just reminds me of my girls) work their butts off to keep the sometimes very large crowds happy. I just love this place, and feel like the prices are fair for the quality of food and the location.
(5)Jeff W.
We have eaten here several tones and I enjoy the dining experience. The menu is adequate if a little safe. I feel they could add some higher quality meals as the taste if what they serve had always been good so clearly the chef knows how to cook. The part that I have had bad experience with on the two occasions I have used it is the adjacent bar. We stopped off a couple of times for a nightcap and on both occasions how found the bar staff less than attentive bordering on downright rude. They usually have plenty of people working but none seem to know more than make drinks. A bartenders role is so much more important than that. There are cameras on this area so I can only hope that management watch the footage to see what is going on and how long people have to wait to get even greeted much less get served a drink! Have the meal but skip the bar.
(3)Justin T.
My friends are Ft. Meyers natives and have always raved about The Joint. Though the name doesn't allude to anything more than an illegal substance, it really is dope (see what I did there?). My friends, who are a couple, have t-shirts from The Joint because they adore it so much. So much, in fact, that he asked her to marry him here. Guess you could say that they've been there, done that, and bought the t-shirt. ;-) At any rate, when they brought us down from Orlando, they insisted that we try the place out. It lived up to its name and the experience was a pretty good one. Food, atmosphere, service, and drinks were all very good. Our only complaint is that a pizza we ordered came out looking like a jungle because of all the arugula that was piled on top; it took away from the flavor of the pizza. Aside from that, it was all very good and I would love to go again. Enjoy!
(4)Rebecca P.
I would do 3.5 stars if possible. While this place has a great spot right on the marina, the food was OK with an odd assortment of menu items. Bloody Mary's were small and bland. Other tables had pizza that looked great. The mahi sandwich was ok but mushy and service was mediocre especially given our mid-afternoon timing.
(3)Paula M.
Second visit in one week. Was super pleased the first time and even more so the second! The Seafood Tower is delicious, and my brother-in-law wouldn't stop raving about the Tsunami Roll. Second trip had the most phenomenal beef vegetable soup ever!! Kudos to the cook who made that!! And, the staff is spot on!! Can't wait to return.
(5)Mike S.
My wife and I ate here twice over a 4 day weekend getaway. We expected a place with bar food, and we were really very pleasantly surprised on our first night - enough so that we elected to not try someplace new, and return to try more of their menu two days later. We had an appetizer and an entree each night, and I had dessert both nights. That was five different dishes and each was prepared perfectly with great flavors and textures. And I really mean *great flavors*. It's clear that someone at The Joint cares deeply about each and every plate that leaves the kitchen. Each and every plate.... that's pretty rare.
(5)Tyler O.
Got the Blackened Mahi Sandwich...it was great. I would definitely recommend this place!
(4)Tim S.
I've eaten here twice and both times I had good service and good food. The menu is a little bit limited but the food is good, priced right, the service is good, and nothing beats begin outside in the winter in Southwest Florida.
(4)Gunnar P.
Went for dinner with a party of 10. We were all seated together. The seating was nice, we were outside but the inside also has a nice atmosphere. Service was prompt and friendly. We each had a different dish from Salmon, Scallops, beef tips, and even a sandwich. The food was all great. We all were very pleased with our dishes. Our server was courteous and did a great job. We highly recommend "The Joint". We will be back if we ever get back to Ft Meyers.
(5)Kandace B.
The Joint is one of my favorite hangouts! My bestfriend and I often come out to enjoy the view and cocktails. Great place!
(5)Jim M.
Outside on the patio enjoying a few drinks, some good food, and live music all in the setting of a marina with beautiful boats nearby - could it get any better? During a recent visit to Fort Myers we stumbled upon Cape Harbor and decided to have dinner at The Joint. The service was good, and the food was very good. We started with an order of the Black and Blue Bread (excellent) and a veggie pizza which was also very good. This is a great little spot in a very nice setting and makes it easy to unwind with a beverage in hand.
(4)Conor C.
Decent menu with excellent pizza and pot-stickers. BIG ISSUE - their chicken wings are baked. I feel like that is something you should have on the menu. Crispy people! Crispy! It was also very oddly empty.
(3)Birgit M.
I love the pizza and salads, nice to sit outside overlooking he marina and after dinner have a walk though the small Italian looking small village or when they have live music dance yourself back in shape. Must have is the chocolate dessert just yummi!
(5)Mike G.
Great spot in a great waterfront complex. We were drawn in by the weekly "Bike Night". Live music and dancing in the circle in front of the outside bar, we sat inside. Beautiful interior with great views of the outside action and yachts docked outside. Our server Jennifer was perky and knew the menu almost ok. I asked the size of their pizza's and she said 8 slice. That is not the answer I wanted, inches equals pizza size. Wife ordered a supreme pizza minus olives, I ordered the seafood mac & cheese. She was back in 10 minutes with both and my mac & cheese was outstanding, plenty of perfectly cooked seafood not overpowered with cheese. The pizza was very thin crust, not much sauce or cheese, but plenty of other toppings. The pizza tasted good, but I would prefer pizza with some sauce and more cheese on it. Liked the whole experience and stopped by the outside bar for a cocktail after dinner. Nice spot and we will come back.
